When I really need a quick meal on the table I make this tasty soup. I keep dumplings in the freezer so I am always ready to go.


Serves: 3 

  • 4 cups (1 litre) water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock powder
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly diced
  • 4 prepared dumplings, sliced

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Combine water and stock powder in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Add carrots and garlic and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Add dumplings and simmer until cooked and carrots are tender, a few more minutes.
