In a bowl, combine mince, salt and seasoning and knead well. Form small meatballs.
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Meanwhile, fry onions in a little vegetable oil. Add grated carrot and cook 5 minutes, stirring.
Add meatballs to the water. Skim any foam as it boils.
Add potatoes and frozen vegetables. Simmer 10 minutes. Add onions and carrots and season with salt and pepper. Simmer another 5-10 minutes and serve, garnish with fresh dill or parsley.
