Pancakes With Banana And Strawberries

    This is a very easy recipe for a basic pancake that is served with healthy fresh fruit of bananas and strawberries.

    Serves: 2 

    • 200g self raising flour
    • 400ml milk
    • 1 egg
    • butter, to fry
    • 120g strawberries, diced
    • 1 banana, sliced
    • Nutella™
    • icing sugar, to serve

    1. In a bowl combine the flour with half of the milk. Mix well, then add the egg and the other half of the milk. Mix the batter until there are no lumps.
    2. Add a small amount of butter to a hot frying pan. when melted scoop some of the batter into the frying pan.
    3. Cook the pancake until the top is dry, then turn over and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
    4. When the pancake is ready, remove from the frying pan and place on a plate. Spread half with Nutella™.
    5. Place the strawberries in a quarter, in the Nutella™ quarter add the banana.
    6. Fold the pancake in half. Fold again by half. Sprinkle with a little icing sugar to serve.
