    This is a tasty pancake recipe that is packed with fresh apples. Great as a breakfast or dessert served with cream or ice cream.

    Serves: 5 

    • 6 large apples
    • 500ml yogurt or sour
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 3-4 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 2 tablespoons flour, approximately
    • vanilla, to taste
    • oil for frying

    1. Peel, remove the seeds and dice the apples.
    2. Pour yogurt into a bowl, add the salt, sugar, baking soda. Stir well to dissolve the sugar. Add flour and vanilla then combine. Stir in the apples. The dough should be very thick to spoon into the frypan.
    3. Fry in a moderate frypan with the lid on. Flip, to cook the other side then serve.
