Baby prawns sauteed in garlic with a cheese sauce finish, quite delicious by itself but also great as a topping for pizza.


Serves: 4 

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 500g baby prawns
  • 100g cheese, finely diced
  • dill, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Heat a frypan, melt the butter and add the garlic. Fry 1 minute.
  2. Add the prawns and fry 2-3 minute, then add the cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese has melted. Add a little chopped dill and salt and pepper to taste.
