Your basic prawns fried in butter with garlic and fresh parsley. I love this over pasta or boiled white rice.


Serves: 4 

  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • fresh parsley, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 500g prawns, peeled and rinsed
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Crush the garlic into a bowl and toss with finely chopped parsley to taste.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the garlic and parsley mixture and fry 30 seconds. Add the prawns, season with salt and pepper and fry 3-5 minutes.
