Great as an appetiser or party finger food, garlic prawns are served with cocktail sauce, which is nothing more than tomato sauce mixed with horseradish.


Makes: 1 bowl

  • 500g cooked prawns
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup horseradish

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:3min  ›  Ready in:8min 

  1. In a bowl, combine cooked prawns, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Place in the microwave 2-3 minutes to heat.
  2. Mix together the tomato sauce and horseradish and use as a dipping sauce. Delicious!
