Sauteed Garlic Prawns


    Garlic prawns are so easy and so tasty as a snack or party finger food. Just don't overcook them or they will become tough.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
    • 10 green prawns, peeled and deveined

    1. In a frypan, melt the butter then add the garlic and prawns. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes, turning occasionally.
