    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • oil, for frying
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 150g prawns, peeled and deveined
    • salt, to taste

    1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic. Add prawns and cook 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Add salt at the end and serve immediately.
