    Your guests will never guess the secret ingredient in this chocolate cake, or you don't have to even tell them! Extremely easy, moist and light.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • 1 3/4 cups flour
    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 3/4 cup cocoa
    • 2 teaspoons bicarb soda
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 (280g) tin condensed tomato soup
    • 1 cup evaporated milk
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a 20x30cm tin.
    2. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add eggs, soup, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat until very smooth, about 5 minutes.
    3. Pour batter into tin and bake 35-40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
