Very easy to make Christmas chocolates that are perfect treats or gifts. They use broken up minty candy canes for colour.
100g dark chocolate, diced
1 tablespoon cream
200g white chocolate, diced
1-2 tablespoons water
2 mint candy canes

Line a baking tray with plastic wrap. Melt the dark chocolate over a water bath. Once melted, add cream, stir and pour over the baking tray to make a rectangle about 15x20cm. Chill 30 minutes or until hardened.
Melt the white chocolate over the water bath. Crush the candy canes in a plastic freezer bag. When white chocolate is melted, add cold water and stir until smooth. Add half the crushed candy canes and pour over the dark chocolate. Scatter remaining candy cane crumbs over the top and chill in the fridge 1 hour.
