Very easy to prepare from simple ingredients, this spread is a little less oily and sweet than Nutella. It will keep in the fridge several days.


Makes: 1 jar

  • 70g good dark chocolate
  • 60g butter, softened
  • 100ml unsweetened condensed milk
  • 35g brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 30g hazelnut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:1min  ›  Ready in:6min 

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave for 1 minute. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Add the condensed milk and sugars. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
  3. Add hazelnut butter and vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour into a jam jar and refrigerate. Let chill at least 1 hour before using.
