Egg Free Chocolate Mousse

    Chocolate mousse for people who are allergic to eggs! Make sure your cream and cooking bowl are a cold as possible for best results.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 cup thickened cream, chilled
    • 150g chocolate, broken up

    Preparation:15min  ›  Extra time:30min chilling  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Place the bowl of the food processor in the freezer.
    2. In a bowl in the microwave, heat the chocolate until just melted.
    3. Whip the cream in the chilled food processor. Add the melted chocolate, beat a few more moments, then ladle into cups or ramekins and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
