White Chocolate Glaze


    This white chocolate glaze is ready in 10 minutes and is perfect for cakes, cupcakes, muffins and other treats.

    • 200g white chocolate, diced
    • 5 tablespoons milk
    • 160g icing sugar

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Place chocolate and milk in a heatproof bowl. Place over a saucepan of simmering water and allow chocolate to melt, stirring regularly.
    2. Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the sugar. Mix until glaze is smooth. Spread on cupcakes or cakes while still warm.
