Chocolate Fondant Cakes

    A recipe for mini molten chocolate cakes, perfect for a large party. You can easily halve the quantities too.

    Makes: 20 cakes

    • 400g chocolate
    • 440g butter
    • 8 egg yolks
    • 400g sugar
    • 8 eggs
    • 170g flour

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:9min  ›  Ready in:24min 

    1. Preheat oven to 240 degrees C. Grease a muffin tin.
    2. Melt chocolate and butter and mix together. Beat the egg yolks and sugar together.
    3. In a bowl, combine melted chocolate, egg yolks/sugar mixture, eggs. Mix in the flour.
    4. Pour into muffin cups. Bake 9 minutes, unmold and serve while still molten.
