Couverture chocolate is a high quality chocolate that has more cocoa butter content. These chocolate dipped fruits are best eaten on the day they are made.
500g couverture chocolate
dried or fresh fruit, such as strawberries and mandarin segments
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, checking every 30 seconds. Alternatively you can do it over a water bath.
- Dip the fruits in the chocolate and place on baking tray lined with baking paper. Let dry completely before placing on a plate.
