Couverture chocolate is a high quality chocolate that has more cocoa butter content. These chocolate dipped fruits are best eaten on the day they are made.


Serves: 10 

  • 500g couverture chocolate
  • dried or fresh fruit, such as strawberries and mandarin segments

Preparation:20min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, checking every 30 seconds. Alternatively you can do it over a water bath.
  2. Dip the fruits in the chocolate and place on baking tray lined with baking paper. Let dry completely before placing on a plate.
