500g couverture chocolate
dried or fresh fruit, such as strawberries and mandarin segments

Melt the chocolate in the microwave, checking every 30 seconds. Alternatively you can do it over a water bath.
Dip the fruits in the chocolate and place on baking tray lined with baking paper. Let dry completely before placing on a plate.
