Egg-Free Chocolate Ice Cream

Chocolate ice cream for people who can't eat eggs or just don't like the taste. Very easy in the ice cream maker.

Ingredients
Makes: 2 cups ice cream
- 1 cup (250ml) milk
- 1 cup (250ml) cream
- 50g sugar
- 150g chocolate, diced or grated

- In a saucepan, combine milk, cream and sugar and bring to a simmer.
- Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, stirring until smooth. Place in the fridge to chill 1 hour.
- When chilled, freeze in the ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Let freeze in the fridge a few more hours before serving.
