Hot Chocolate for Winter Evenings

    I like to use the best quality drinking chocolate I can find, about 60% cocoa. It's worth it for the best hot chocolate.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 tablespoons drinking chocolate
    • 4 cups (1 litre) milk
    • pinch cinnamon
    • 4 teaspoons brown sugar, or to taste

    1. In a saucepan, mix the drinking chocolate in a little warm milk to make a paste.
    2. Pour in the rest of the milk and heat up for a few minutes.
    3. Add cinnamon and sugar to taste. Stir until sugar is melted. Serve when hot!
