    I'm still on my ice cream making adventure. This time for peppermint icecream. So creamy and pepperminty. And the easiest you'll ever make.

    Serves: 6 

    • 2 x 600ml cartons thickened cream
    • 2 cans condensed milk
    • 3 peppermint crisps, blitzed or finely crushed
    • 6 teaspoons peppermint essence
    • 12 drops green food colouring

    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:8hours freezing  ›  Ready in:8hours10min 

    1. In a large deep bowl, beat cream and condensed milk until thickened, about 5 minutes.
    2. Beat in rest of ingredients.
    3. Pour into 3 litre container and freeze overnight or until set.
