Easy Chocolates

    If you have shaped biscuit or cookie cutters try using them as chocolate molds! You can make bunnies for Easter, hearts for Valentine's Day, stockings for Christmas, etc.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 24 chocolates

    • 200g dark chocolate, coarsely diced
    • small shaped biscuit cutters
    • crushed nuts or sprinkles, to garnish (optional)

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:40min freezing  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave. Let cool a little but don't let it hardened.
    2. Place the biscuit cutters on a plastic plate. Carefully pour the chocolate into the molds. If you like, garnish with crushed nuts or sprinkles. Freeze until good and firm before unmolding. Store in the fridge.
