Ginger milk curd is an easy dessert that is popular in China. Ginger juice makes the milk set up to form a pudding.


Serves: 1 

  • 1 cup (250ml) whole milk
  • 2 slices fresh ginger, mince
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:2min  ›  Ready in:7min 

  1. Put the minced ginger in a small strainer over a bowl and press well to extract the ginger juice. Discard solids.
  2. In a small bowl, combine milk and sugar. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave 1 more minute or until it simmers.
  3. Stir the ginger juice into the milk. Let sit 5 minutes or until it sets, then enjoy!
