Peach and Passionfruit Ice Cream

    Peach and passionfruit ice cream. Just right on a hot night. So easy to make. My own recipe.

    Serves: 6 

    • 2 x 170g cans passionfruit pulp
    • 1 (825g) can sliced peaches
    • 2 x 600ml bottles thickened cream
    • 2 cans condensed milk

    Preparation:15min  ›  Extra time:8hours freezing  ›  Ready in:8hours15min 

    1. Strain the passionfruit pulp to remove seeds.
    2. Drain syrup off peaches. Discard syrup. Puree fruit.
    3. In a large, deepish bowl, with an electric mixer, beat cream and condensed milk together until thickening, about 5 minutes.
    4. Beat in pureed peaches and passionfuit pulp until well combined.
    5. Pour into 3 litre container and freeze overnight or until well set.
