Coconut Macaroons

These delicious macaroons are made with egg whites, sugar and coconut which makes them free from dairy and gluten free.

Easy and delicious! I only tried this as I had some left-over egg whites from a creme brulee that I had made. I only had 150gms of coconut but they were fine. Will make again but next time I will halve the amount as it made about 50!

This turned out great! I cooked it in a gas oven so I had to adjust the cooking time. But it was a real hit! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

I made these to just use up egg whites but messed them up so would be unfair to mark it down as they tasted okay, just looked awful!
