It is autumn and I wanted a dessert recipe that's not too unhealthy... it's done! Mashed pumpkin, Greek yogurt, eggs and some sugar ... There is no harm in doing good!
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C. Butter a baking pan.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into the baking pan and cook until the mixture seems to be starting to firm; about an hour. Prick with a knife, it should come out a little wet. The mixture will solidify on cooling. Serve cold.
