The combination of these ingredients is amazing! As a pumpkin fan you will love this stew recipe that also features chickpeas.


Serves: 6 

  • 500g pumpkin, cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 500g chickpeas, cooked
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 liter vegetable stock

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:35min  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 35 minutes with the lid closed so the stock doesn't evaporate. Serve hot with rice.
