Easy Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie

The simplest pumpkin pie recipe and so good! Try it and you will be addicted. Best served cold with whipped cream.


Makes: 1 pie

  • 700g cooked pureed pumpkin
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml thickened cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 premade pie shell

Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Beat together the pureed pumpkin, sugar, eggs, cream and cinnamon.
  3. Pour into pie shell and bake 25 minutes or until it tests done with a skewer. Let cool completely before serving.
