Tuna with Avocado Mash

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
    • 100g tuna steak
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 25g avocado
    • 1/2 garlic clove
    • 1 teaspoon lime juice
    • 10g chopped basil
    • 10g chives
    • 5g red capsicum

    Directions
    Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Press 1/4 teaspoon black pepper on tuna and season with salt.
    2. Spray a little canola oil on tuna and grill for a few minutes each side.
    3. Combine avocado, garlic, lime juice, basil and chives and serve on top. Add peeled capsicum strip to garnish.
