Nutella Banana Tarts

    When you need a dessert in a hurry, these are great. Quick and easy to make and the taste is divine. If you really have no time, bypass the heating of the biscuits and cover them with the ingredients straight out of the packet. Not quite as pretty but same taste.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 packet chocolate ripple biscuits
    • 1 jar Nutella(TM)
    • 2 - 3 bananas
    • 300ml thickened cream, whipped
    • chocolate sprinkles, to decorate

    Preparation:20min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Heat oven to 175 degrees C. 1/2 round patty tins needed.
    2. Place biscuits over holes of tins and place in oven until soft. Press biscuits into holes to make tart shapes. Cool. Store biscuits in an airtight container until needed.
    3. When ready to serve, place a teaspoon of Nutella into each biscuit. Cover Nutella with 3 - 4 slices banana, then pipe or spoon on cream.
    4. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Refrigerate leftovers.
