In a saucepan, fry the bacon until it renders its fat. Add the beef mince and fry until browned.
Add the onions, garlic and capsicums to the saucepan and fry until onions are softening.
Add the stock and bring to a boil Add tomatoes and beans and heat through. Season to taste with fresh chilli, chilli pepper, paprika, oregano, salt and optional Madeira. Simmer 10 minutes and serve!
