Orange Choc Chip Ice Cream Sandwich

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 packets milk coffee biscuits
    • 600ml thickened cream
    • 1 can condensed milk
    • 15 drops yellow food colouring
    • 15 drops red food colouring
    • zest of 1 large orange
    • 200g dark choc bits
    • bottle of chocolate ice magic topping

    1. Line a Swiss roll tin with baking paper.
    2. Cover bottom of a cake tin with a layer of biscuits.
    3. With an electric mixer, beat cream, condensed milk and food colouring together till thick.
    4. Stir in zest and choc bits. Pour evenly over biscuits, smoothing top.
    5. Cover with another layer of biscuits.
    6. Cover with cling wrap and freeze overnight or until set.
    7. When frozen, drizzle with chocolate ice magic topping.
