    This white chocolate mousse is perfect for special occasions like Christmas and dinner parties. It has a touch of orange liqueur.

    Serves: 6 

    • 3 eggs, separated
    • 50g sugar
    • 200g white chocolate
    • 50ml orange liqueur
    • 500g single cream

    1. Beat the egg yolks with half the sugar until light and fluffy.
    2. Melt the chocolate and orange liqueur in a double boiler over low heat. Stir in the egg yolks.
    3. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff. Beat the cream until stiff. Gently fold both into the chocolate mixture. Place into serving ramekins or a glass bowl and chill.
