Non-Alcoholic Rum Balls

    Delicious chocolate rum balls (or truffles) make perfect Christmas food gifts. Everyone will ask you for them!

    Serves: 6 

    • 250g dark cooking chocolate
    • 100g butter, softened
    • 3 egg yolks
    • 50g cocoa

    1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat. When melted, remove from the heat and add the butter and egg yolks one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to stiffen.
    2. Form small balls of the mixture and roll in cocoa. Place on a serving plate and refrigerate another 1/2 hour.
