Fish and Chips (with smoked salmon)

    This is a cute little twist on the term 'fish and chips', where the fish is smoked salmon, and the chip is a potato chip. My kids thought it was super funny and ate them all up.

    Serves: 12 

    • 1 large packet plain chips of choice
    • 1 packet smoked salmon
    • 1/2 tub cream cheese
    • dill, to garnish

    Preparation:20min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Sort through the packet of chips laying out the whole chips on a platter.
    2. Slice the salmon into thin strips of a suitable size to roll and put on the chips.
    3. When all the salmon is positioned, top with a dollop of cream cheese and a small piece of dill. Serve as soon as practical.
