    Rum balls are so easy to make and so delicious! You can serve in little patty cups too for a dainty presentation.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 35 rum balls

    • 250g dark chocolate
    • 25g butter
    • 1 tablespoon condensed milk
    • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
    • 25g cocoa
    • 2 tablespoons dark rum
    • 50g milk chocolate sprinkles
    • 50g dark chocolate sprinkles

    Directions

    1. Dice the chocolate and melt in a double boiler. Add the remaining ingredients except the sprinkles and mix with a hand mixer.
    2. Using a teaspoon, form small balls.
    3. Mix the milk and dark chocolate sprinkles and roll the balls in them. Let dry.
