The classic side dish, essential at any holiday table along with the roast! If you don't have a potato ricer you can mash them.
1 kg potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
salt, to taste
400ml sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water then pass through the potato ricer. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Add butter and salt to taste and place in a greased ovenproof dish.
- Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until browning.
