    The classic side dish, essential at any holiday table along with the roast! If you don't have a potato ricer you can mash them.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 kg potatoes
    • 4 tablespoons butter
    • salt, to taste
    • 400ml sour cream
    • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water then pass through the potato ricer. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Add butter and salt to taste and place in a greased ovenproof dish.
    3. Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until browning.
