This is a quick and easy smoothie recipe I like to make as a breakfast treat or to get me through the weekend.
6 fresh strawberries, greenery removed and halfed
1/2 cup raspberries
1 large scoop of ice cream
1 to 2 cups of milk
- Add the strawberries, raspberries, ice cream and milk (as much or little as desired) to the blender or similar.
- Blend until well combined.
I can do healthy yet! So simple and so tasty.
