Ingredients
Serves: 3
- 1/2 kg chicken mince
- 5cm fresh ginger, minced
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 2 teaspoons tandoori masala
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons yoghurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chickpea flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 4 teaspoons dried mint
- 3 sprigs coriander
- 2 teaspoons red chilli paste
- salt, to taste

- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Oil a baking tray. Using your hands, form the mince into two long sausages on the tray.
- Bake 15 minutes. Turn kebabs over and bake another 15 minutes. Cut into slices and serve with chutney and onions.
