Preheat the grill. Whisk together the sour cream, mustard and honey. Chill until ready to use.
Sprinkle the chicken with chicken seasoning. Place in a large frypan over medium high heat and drizzle with vegetable oil. Cook until browned on the bottom, then flip. Top with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese and continue cooking until cooked through and cheese has melted.
Place the rolls under the grill, cut side up. Toast until lightly browned. Place a chicken piece on each roll and top with the honey mustard sauce.
