Individual Apple Strudel Puffs

    These are a tasty little individual apple dessert that I make when I have leftover puff pastry whether using frozen or homemade.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed or leftover homemade puff pastry
    • 4 Granny Smith apples, cored, peeled and diced
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup sultanas

    Directions
    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
    2. Combine the diced apple, brown sugar and sultanas. Heat until the apple starts to soften.
    3. Cut the puff pastry into triangles or use whatever shape you have.
    4. Place the softened apple mixture in the middle then fold the pastry to cover.
    5. Bake for 15 minutes or until brown.
