This is a recipe for a delightful slice that has a cake base yet is packed with apples and topped with streusel, so good we eat it as a dessert.
I really enjoyed this. Maybe it was a litytle dry but I may have overcooked it a bit. It makes a huge quantity. You need a roasting size pan for it. I think next time I will use half of all the ingredients and make one that will fit into a regular cake tin. But overall we really enjoyed it with cream on top. - 29 Apr 2017
