Cut the chicken breasts into about 5mm wide strips then place in one layer in a shallow dish. Mix the soy sauce and orange juice then pour over the meat. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
In a large frypan heat some oil and fry the chicken pieces on both sides.
Add the orange marinade and teriyaki sauce to the chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes with no lid. When the bulk of the liquid has evaporated, turn the chicken to cover both sides. Serve immediately.
