BBQ Salmon Fish Fillets

    This is a quick and easy way to cook salmon fillets on the BBQ or in winter get the BBQ flavour cooking in the frypan.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 Atlantic salmon fillets
    • 2 knobs butter
    • Rub
    • 1 teaspoon smoke paprika
    • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
    • 1 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon rosemay
    • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:12min  ›  Ready in:22min 

    1. Prepare 4 salmon fillets to cook, cut to serving size and check for bones.
    2. Preheat the BBQ plate (or frying pan) to a medium heat. Melt butter.
    3. Combine all the rub ingredients well. Sprinkle lightly over the the salmon.
    4. BBQ the salmon until crispy and brown, then turn. Cook to desired texture, slightly pink in the middle is the common finish point.
