BBQ Salmon Fish Fillets
This is a quick and easy way to cook salmon fillets on the BBQ or in winter get the BBQ flavour cooking in the frypan.

4 Atlantic salmon fillets
2 knobs butter
1 teaspoon smoke paprika
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon rosemay
1/2 teaspoon thyme
- Prepare 4 salmon fillets to cook, cut to serving size and check for bones.
- Preheat the BBQ plate (or frying pan) to a medium heat. Melt butter.
- Combine all the rub ingredients well. Sprinkle lightly over the the salmon.
- BBQ the salmon until crispy and brown, then turn. Cook to desired texture, slightly pink in the middle is the common finish point.
