Chocolate Orange Choc Chips Muffins with Orange Choc Flecked Icing

Not just a chocolate orange muffin, a chocolate choc chip orange muffin, with yummy orange buttercream icing flecked with grated chocolate. Double chocolate. Double orange. Mmmmmm.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Fill muffin trays with patty pans.
With an electric mixer, beat the butter, sugar, cream and eggs. Beat in cocoa and orange zest. Beat in flour, bicarb soda and salt. Add the orange juice and mix well. Finally, stir in chocolate bits.
3/4 fill each patty pan. Bake 15 -20 minutes for small patty pans, 20 - 25 minutes for larger patty pans. They are ready when a skewer comes out clean. Let cool.
Icing:
With an electric mixer, cream the butter and zest. Add 1/2 the icing sugar. Beat well.
Add the rest of the icing sugar, grated chocolate and the milk. Beat well.
