Crab and Zucchini Pasta

    I like to use angel hair pasta for this crab pasta recipe which only takes a few minutes to cook, but any will do.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 350g angel hair
    • 60g butter
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • 200g zucchini, cut into thin strips
    • 1 (170g) tin crab meat, drained
    • juice of 1/2 lemon
    • salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frypan, add the garlic and zucchini and cook 3 minutes. When the pasta is done, drain and add to the frypan with the zucchini.
    3. Add the crab and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Let heat through and serve.
