Quick Salmon with Honey Mustard Sauce

    One great thing about salmon is it is such a flavourful fish you can bake it very simply. It goes very well with mustard and honey.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 salmon fillets
    • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 4 teaspoons dried marjoram
    • salt and pepper, to taste

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Oil a baking tray and lay the fillets on it.
    2. In a bowl, whisk together the mustard and honey. Place a small amount in a separate bowl and use it to brush the salmon fillets all over. Sprinkle the salmon with marjoram, salt and pepper.
    3. Bake the salmon 10-15 minutes, or just flaking with a fork. Serve the salmon on warmed plates and top with the remaining mustard mixture.
