Pork and fruit are a natural combination but have you tried pork cutlets with plum jam? A very simple recipe and so tasty.

Serves: 4 

  • 1/2 cup plum jam
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 teaspoons onion flakes
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 8 pork cutlets
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. In a bowl, combine plum jam, mustard, stock and onion flakes.
  2. Heat the oil in a frypan until hot. Season pork cutlets on both sides with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides, about 2 minutes a side.
  3. Add the plum mixture to the frypan and bring to a simmer. Partially cover and cook until pork is just cooked through, about 5 more minutes.
