    Make your scrambled eggs in a muffin tin, topped with bacon and cheese. Kids especially love these little individual egg 'muffins.'

    • 4 rashers bacon
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 4 teaspoons Parmesan

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Place the bacon on a foil-lined tray and bake 10 minutes or until just crispy. Let cool and slice thinly.
    2. Meanwhile, combine the eggs and milk in a bowl. Spray a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray and divide the eggs between four of the cups.
    3. Sprinkle the bacon over the eggs, then top with Parmesan cheese. Bake until the eggs puff up, about 15 minutes.
