Black Fungi Mushroom Salad

    Serves: 2 

    • 200g Woolworths Black Fungi (TM), torn into bite size pieces
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • juice of 2 limes
    • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 2 chilies, julienned
    • 2 teaspoons sugar
    • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
    • 4 tablespoons chopped coriander

    1. Saute black fungi in a little oil for about three minutes or until tender.
    2. To make a dressing, mix lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, chili and sugar. See to it that the sugar is completely dissolved.
    3. Toss dressing with cooked mushrooms along with spring onions and coriander,
