Sausage and Vegetable Soup

This is actually a type of Chinese soup called Luo Song, often made with chicken, but I prefer it with Polish sausage. So simple and so good.

Serves: 2 

  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 200g Polish sausage (kielbasa), sliced
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Bring the stock to a boil, add sausage and all the vegetables and simmer until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and sugar and serve.
